I remember a few years ago, I read this book. There's this girl. I think that she's about 11 years old, and she has epilepsy. I think that she moves to a new city, and meets twins there. They become her friends. She doesn't tell them that she has epilepsy. One day, after a talent show, she faints?
Oh, and I remember this one scene, where she is playing hide and seek with her twin friends.

I think it might be “Becky the Brave” by Laurie Lears.
It might also be “Child of the Morning” by Barbara Corcoran, but I don’t remember twins. I do remember a new school in Becky….
Maybe “Child of the Morning” by Barbara Corcoran or “What If They Knew?” by Patricia Hermes.
